in age from 16 to 23 years old. 5 Tribal Youth worked at the casino
for eight weeks. Various position were; in the Mill as a hostess,

The Youth of today are the Tribes future leaders of tomorrow, giving
them hands on experience in business and working with the public is
priceless. By introducing them to business operations from the ground
up, giving them training and guidance to ensure self confidence and
giving them encouragement to further their education, it is the hope
they will return home as educated self reliant leaders. It is the
overall goal of the Tribe to instill a sense of value in the Youth
for what they have now and to prepare them for what is to come in
the future.
